1. Services

Softerint provides software development, design, and digital solutions. All services are delivered based on agreed project scope, timelines, and requirements discussed with the client.

2. Project Scope & Requirements

All project requirements must be clearly defined before the start of the project. Any additional features, changes, or modifications requested after project initiation may be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges and revised timelines.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • A partial upfront payment is required before the commencement of any project.
    • The remaining balance must be paid as per agreed milestones or before final delivery.

Failure to complete payment may result in delay, suspension, or termination of services.

  • All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Revisions & Changes

We offer a limited number of revisions as agreed at the start of the project. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions will be charged additionally.

5. Project Timelines

Softerint will make every effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe. However:

  • Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, etc.) will extend delivery timelines.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, APIs, or unforeseen technical issues.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback

  • Ensure they have rights to all materials shared with us

  • Cooperate during development and testing phases

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final project ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment is received.

  • Softerint retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any unauthorized use, resale, or duplication of our work without permission is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, project details, and communications. Information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Maintenance & Support

Post-delivery support or maintenance is not included unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement. Additional support services may be offered at extra cost.

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or rely on third-party tools, APIs, or services. Softerint is not responsible for:

Changes in third-party pricing or policies

Downtime, errors, or service interruptions from external providers

11. Limitation of Liability

Softerint shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are delayed or not completed
  • There is misuse or unethical use of our services

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
